Pontardawe RDC v Moore-Gwyn [1929] 1 Ch 656

Some rocks from the defendant’s land fell onto the claimant’s land. The defendant was not liable as they had not brought the rocks onto the land to accumulate them. The escape was also caused by natural events with adverse weather conditions causing an avalanche.
